The New Orleans Saints made a commerce transfer because the preseason winds down, sending Khalen Saunders to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
New Orleans made the transfer on Sunday, per NFL insider Tom Pelissero. This comes simply hours after the Saints performed the Jaguars, as each groups put up a 17-17 draw.
“The #Saints are sending veteran DT Khalen Saunders to the #Jaguars, per sources. Saunders began for New Orleans in in the present day’s preseason sport in opposition to Jacksonville … and now’s becoming a member of them,” Pelissero wrote.
Saunders’ time with the Saints involves an finish after two seasons. He completed his stint with 100 tackles, 4 TFLs, 4 cross deflections, two sacks, and one interception after 30 appearances.
