One of the last New Music Friday’s of the year (we all know how much things slow down starting next week) is filled with electronic gems and I’m all in for that. My next discovery comes all the way from Australia where Brisbane-based producer Montêtna fuses together elements of UK garage, drum & bass and breakbeats with nostalgia-laced energy, making “Ti Amo” perfect for the dancefloor or a wind down with friends session.
I had the chance to check his previous works and I feel that this new release is one of his most impressive works so far. I appreciate the evolution in Montêtna’s sound and will certainly keep an eye on the producer going forward.
