FlyQuest opened Week 1 of the LTA North Cut up 3 with a 2-0 sweep of Disguised on Saturday in Los Angeles.
The wins got here in 28 minutes on blue and 31 minutes on purple. Fahad “Massu” Abdulmalek, who’s Canadian and Iraqi, had a kill-death-assist ratio of 7-2-6 in Sport 1 and 9-0-6 in Sport 2 for FlyQuest, which completed in first place in Cut up 2, whereas Disguised was eighth.
The opposite match later Saturday Cloud9, which completed second in Cut up 2, beat LYON 2-0. Lyon positioned seventh in Cut up 2, which concluded in mid-June.
The LTA North 2025 Cut up 3 is the third Americas North League of Legens break up underneath the LTA banner, with eight Americas North groups competing for the Americas title.
The primary three weeks are single-match codecs, with all matches best-of-three. The Week 1 matchups are based mostly on the ultimate standings from Cut up 2.
