Daron Malakian’s Scars on Broadway announce new album, unleash “Killing Spree”


Scars on Broadway, the outfit fronted by System of a Down guitarist-singer Daron Malakian, have introduced a brand new album titled Hooked on the Violence, their first studio LP in seven years. Forward of its July 18th launch, the band has unleashed the only “Killing Spree.”

Malakian composed, produced, and carried out all of the songs on the album, with contributions from Scars on Broadway bandmates Orbel Babayan (guitar) and Roman Lomtadze (drums).

Relating to the tune “Killing Spree,” Malakian mentioned, “It’s a taboo subject individuals is perhaps afraid to speak about. Children have rebelled perpetually.
