Higgs stated he was “thrilled to shoot below par.”
“I am not nice within the rain. Right now was hopefully some good momentum for rain golf for what looks as if we will do once more tomorrow,” Higgs stated. “Yeah, simply guessing all day, and fortuitously I guessed (accurately) more often than not, and stayed in it, did not lose my thoughts, which was good.”
