Dutch PM’s contrasting stance on ICC-wanted Putin, Netanyahu

Speaking with Al Jazeera, Dutch PM Rob Jetten says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should be at the UNGA despite an ICC arrest warrant, but Russian President Vladimir Putin’s potential G20 attendance while facing an ICC arrest warrant, would send a ‘very wrong signal’.
