Ukrainian drones struck residential buildings in Belgorod, western Russia, injuring at least 13 people, including two children, acting regional governor Aleksandr Shuvayev said on Sunday.
A four-year-old boy was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds to the chest following “the large-scale attack” on civilians, the governor wrote on Telegram.
