It’s official: Beyoncé is now an Emmy winner.
Queen B was listed as one of a half dozen people on a team that won the Emmy for Best Costumes for Variety, Nonfiction or Reality Programming for “Beyoncé Bowl”, her Western-themed halftime show on Netflix’s Christmas NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans.
The award was among a handful of so-called juried Emmys announced yesterday that are determined outside the regular voting process and given out by committees, with no official nominees.
They are usually highly technical and are announced in advance. The awards will be handed out at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony which will take place on 7 September – one week before the 2025 Primetime Emmys.
Beyoncé has been nominated for 10 other Emmys in the past but never won – making this special Emmy her first.
Now, the singer is halfway to an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) as she already has 35 Grammys. All she needs now is an Oscar and a Tony to complete the quartet.
The Primetime Emmy nominations were announced last month – check out the full list of nominees here – and below are all of the 2025 juried Emmy winners, as announced yesterday:

The 2025 Emmys will be handed out on 7 September at the Creative Arts ceremony; the Primetime Emmys will take place on 14 September.
