Donald Trump Demands Jimmy Kimmel Be Canceled…Again – 8881199.XYZ

Donald Trump has once again been calling for Jimmy Kimmel to be removed from the air after the late-night host’s latest monologue, which took aim at the recent news that the infamous Epstein Files will be made public. In another Truth Social tirade, Trump said:

“Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air? Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it? Also, totally biased coverage. Get the bum off the air!!!”

Some would counter this by asking why the president continues to repeat the same lines again and again like a basic ChatGPT subscription. So how has Kimmel managed to get right up in Trump’s nasal cavity this time? Perhaps it was this section of his latest monologue.

“I don’t get it, the just blindly defend him. They don’t know what’s in those files. They’re taking his word for it. They’re taking the word of someone who paid a pornstar $130,000 and claims he didn’t do anything with her. Even if Trump keeps his promise and signs the bill, we don’t know whether the Department of Justice will actually release all the files or if they’ll be tied up in investigations, specifically investigations Trump orders to keep them tied up in investigations. Will we have the original documents or is Trump going to pull a Taylor Swift and give us The Epstein Files: Donnie’s Version? We might not ever know.”

Donald Trump vs Jimmy Kimmel Has Been Raging On for Some Time

While the continued attacks by Donald Trump on “fake news” late-night talk show hosts seem to have ramped up to a whole new level in recent months, the sniping between the president and Kimmel has been ongoing for some time.

At the 2024 Oscars, Kimmel took several shots at the president, including reading out one of Trump’s Truth Social messages he posted while the host presented the awards ceremony. While Kimmel was advised not to read out the message, he did, and it seemed to kick start a war that Trump is desperate to win by getting Kimmel, and several other late-night hosts off the air by any means possible.

In September, it looked like Trump was about to get his dearest wish, when Kimmel was taken off the air by ABC and Disney over comments made about the death of Charlie Kirk. However, after a week of public uproar and plenty of celebrations from the president, Kimmel was reinstated and saw his viewership soar as a result. He even responded directly to Trump’s constant “no talent, no ratings” jabs, much to the delight of his audience and fans.

As a late-night host, Kimmel is always going to skew the president and political goings-on, regardless of who is in office, and that is because there is usually no shortage of ridiculous errors and decisions to be made fun of. Does this mean that President Trump is going to continue wheeling out his catchphrases about Kimmel week after week for the rest of his presidency? What do you think?
