I just wrapped my interview with Gianni Brezzo on his new album, Soundscapes Vol. 2 – Music for Balkan Unicorns, and you know the drill – there’s always room for some extra special song spotlights in the feed. For starters, I chose “Gospodinov”, because of its mesmerising slow build-up and the desert-y psychedelic feel that makes you feel like a walk through the mystic mountains of Strandzha in Bulgaria (google some folklore tales about this place, it’s truly something).
